We arranged to meet with a Sudanese client, Yousif, in Qingdao, and he arrived safely on October 9th. He then spent two days arranging hotel accommodations and phone cards, ultimately settling on a meeting at our office on October 19th.

We escorted him from his hotel to our office, and I contacted him before the agreed time. However, he was in very poor condition, his nose bleeding continuously, his face pale, and he looked like he was about to faint.

We rushed the client to the nearest hospital, where emergency treatment stopped the bleeding. After a blood test, we brought him to our office. Because of the previous incident, we hadn't been in the mood to discuss cooperation.

Thankfully, there were no blood problems; it was simply a ruptured blood vessel caused by unfamiliarity with China and the use of hot water while caught in the rain. We prescribed two medications and sent the client back to his hotel to rest.

We thought the matter was over, but then, at 6:00 PM that evening, I received a call from the hotel front desk.

The client's nose was bleeding again, and he had fallen to the ground. The hotel had already called an ambulance and taken him to the hospital.

I was shocked to hear this news. The client's nose had clearly healed that afternoon, so why would it bleed again? But without giving it much thought, I quickly took a taxi to the hospital.

After arriving at the hospital, I contacted the client, who had a blocked nose. After inquiring about the cause, I learned that high blood pressure had caused a ruptured nasal vein, leading to the nosebleed.

We actively worked with the client on treatment, and he's now back to normal. However, he still needs to remain vigilant and undergo follow-up checkups. We also successfully reached a partnership with the client, making it a win-win situation.

This incident has deepened our relationship with our customers and demonstrated our company's humanitarian spirit. We are not just a tire supplier to our customers; we are also their friends. We welcome every customer to visit our company and believe that after going through this ordeal, our cooperation will become even stronger.
