Qingdao Fulking Industrial Development Co., Ltd. has officially won a lawsuit against a shipping company over the unauthorized release of containers to Thailand in 2024. After thorough hearings in both the first and second trials, the court ultimately ruled in favor of our company. The judgment has now taken effect, and the shipping company has been ordered to compensate all economic losses incurred by our firm.

The case originated from a batch of containers we shipped to Thailand in 2024. The shipping company released the goods without receiving the original Bill of Lading, resulting in our company’s failure to recover the outstanding payment. Upon discovering this serious breach of contract, our company immediately collected evidence and initiated legal proceedings to protect our rights.

After a series of rigorous judicial reviews, the court confirmed that the shipping company had violated fundamental principles of international shipping operations and business integrity. The final ruling required the shipping company to bear full responsibility for the damages caused.
