In June 2025, our company officially launched a new-generation ERP system to further enhance global order processing capabilities and quality management standards. This comprehensive system integrates core functions including sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, finance, and production—marking a major step in our digital transformation.
Beyond streamlining order processing and real-time global data synchronization, the ERP system introduces full traceability across the tire manufacturing process. From raw material sourcing, mixing, vulcanization, and inspection to final shipment, each tire is tracked with a detailed digital footprint. All data is securely backed up, enabling rapid response in case of any quality issues. With just a few clicks, we can identify the batch, production stage, and responsible team—ensuring swift resolution and accountability.
For overseas clients—particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America—the ERP system allows seamless access to real-time inventory, shipping schedules, and delivery status, greatly improving transparency and communication.
