TIRE PRODUCT UPGRADE, 13R22.5-20PR S09/HS268/HS203

In response to the African market's demand for high-load and long-lasting tires, Fulking Industry officially announced the completion of the 13R22.5-20PR tire technology upgrade, fully upgrading the original 18PR to 20PR, and simultaneously launching three core pattern series of S09, HS268, and HS203 for complex road conditions in Africa! This upgrade aims to provide more reliable and cost-effective solutions for transport fleets, mining and logistics companies.

Upgrade highlights: 20PR high load

1. Layer upgrade, load capacity upgrade

The 13R22.5-20PR tire adopts an ultra-high-strength carcass structure, with the layer upgraded from 18PR to 20PR, and the load capacity increased from 154/151 to 156/153, which perfectly matches overload operation scenarios such as heavy-duty transportation and mining machinery in Africa.

Through the high-temperature resistant tread formula, the tire's deformation resistance is still enhanced by 20% even at extreme road temperatures above 55°C, significantly reducing the risk of tire blowouts.

2. Three major pattern series, accurately adapted to various road conditions

S09 (deep pattern block design): 

Optimized for unpaved roads (gravel, mud), deep grooves and self-cleaning blocks effectively prevent gravel embedding, improve traction and passability. 

HS268 (old zigzag pattern): 

Designed for mixed roads (road + off-road), the lateral grooves enhance grip, while the central continuous ribs ensure high-speed driving stability and reduce fuel consumption.

3. Field verification in Africa, performance has stood the test

This series of tires has begun to be exported to Ghana, and sales are very good. It can meet the local demand for tire performance and is very popular with customers, with rave reviews.

Feedback from African customers

In the hot dry season, the upgraded 20PR tires performed far better than expected, and the mileage of tire use increased by at least 10%.
